I loved this week's challenge over at No Time to Stamp. The quest was to make something soft and girly! I LOVE girly! The feminine touches in my entry include scallops, the color pink, flowers, crochet, hat pin, glitter and rick rack.I began by selecting this My Mind's Eye PP called "Fancy Party". The pattern just jumped out at me at the LSS. I think pink is one of those "love it or hate it" colors and I for one LOVE IT! I created the scallops with the Long Classic Scalloped Rectangle Nestability die and added it to card stock. I then stamped the sentiment by Verve and cut and embossed it with Nestabilities as well. I added rick rack, a hat pin and a
crocheted flower from Oriental Trading Company. For the center of the flower, I took a large brad and coated it in Glossy Accents and the dipped it in Scrapbook Shimmer from Making Memories. Thanks for the challenge Sharon. I loved it!
Don't forget to leave a message on my Blogoversary post for a chance to win Blog Candy. I will draw a winner on July 10th.

It's all about the details:
Card stock: Stampin' Up
Patterned Paper: My Mind's Eye
Stamps: Verve, Asian Flair
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Palette in Landscape
Accessories: Crochet Flower, Hat pin, Rick Rack, Scrapbook Shimmer
Tools: Scor-pal, Nestabilities, Glossy Accents

Thanks for the comment on my dolly food...you really know how to make a gal's day! Ü Love those flowers...I've been trying to figure out how to make those so I don't have to purchase them. You're not terribly far away...I'm just the state south.
