Dimensional Flowers Challenge
Today's Serendipity Stamps challenge is a tribute to "Mom" with dimensional flowers. We could choose from paper or felt or fabric to create the dimension. Hooray for Moms! This card will be perfect for my mom this year. She has the most amazing green thumb. Here's a close-up of the dimension.
I chose this beautiful Hollyhock flower stamp as my focal image and began by stamping it twice. I colored the base image with Copic Markers and then colored and cut out the second image. I layered the two images and added Stickles to the flower centers. I printed the sentiment from my computer and placed it on dimensionals. The punch is the Arch Lattice from Martha Stewart.
Pop over to see more great projects from Jeanne, Amy, Jenny, Miriam and Sue.
It's all about the details:
Stamps: Serendipity Stamps, October Afternoon scallop stamp
Cardstock: Papertrey Ink
Patterned Paper: My Mind's Eye
Ink: Memento
Accessories: Dimensionals, Stickles
Tools: Martha Stewart Punch, Copic Markers

Very pretty layering... love that background paper!
This is just beautiful Kathie! Love the way you colored and popped the flowers.
Wow Kathie! This card is great - I love how you kept it so natural with the touch of wood. Your coloring is beautiful and the popped up flowers are great!
