Elegant Butterflies
It's challenge day for our Serendipity Stamps design team and Lynda Benden came up with a great sketch to use for our cards which had to be about spring. I can't remember a year when I have been more ready for spring to arrive and I know I am not alone. It seems like I hear someone saying it at least once a day.
I chose to use Serendipity's two gorgeous Cloissone butterfly stamps along with this beautiful lace corner stamp. I stamped the butterflies with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and then colored them with Copics, cut them out and glitterfied (that's a word, right?) them with varous shades of Stickles. I attached them to the card by adding mini Glue Dots to their centers and one wing so the other wing would still have movement. The word "elegant" is a KI Memories Rub-on.
Check out the other design team sites below and play along with us! We'd love to see your spring creation!
