Birthday Quilt

I have just a quick post for you tonight, because I have got to get to bed!

I love this set from Papertrey Ink called Quilter's Sampler and it was the perfect choice for the card I wanted to make for one of my co-workers. She is an amazing seamstress and quilter. I love the way it works so well with the Haiku patterned paper from Stampin' Up.

The quilt squares were colored with Copic Markers and the sentiment is stamped with SU Kiwi Kiss dye ink. The
Tangerine Tango ribbon is also from Stampin' Up. I used my Janome sewing machine to stitch around the edges.

Hope your week is going well. I'm working like crazy to get ready for our trip to Santa Fe next week. With the amount of work I have to finish before I leave and the crazy amount that is waiting for me when I return, I always ask myself if getting away is really worth it! This trip is both business and pleasure though so I am going to do my best to enjoy every minute.

It's all about the details:
Card stock: Stampin' Up
Patterned Paper: Stampin' Up Haiku

Stamps: Papertrey Ink
Ink: Memento, Stampin' Up
Accessories: SU Ribbon, Dimensionals
Tools: Copic Markers, Janome Sewing Machine
