Untie the Ribbons - IC162

I tackled two challenges in one again with today's card. The SCS Inspiration Challenge this week is Tenugui. If you're like me, you're clueless as to what Tenugui is. Well, it turns out they are printed cotton towels that have many uses in Japanese culture. Here are a couple of sites where you can view them:

Aren't there some gorgeous designs? This pp by Heidi Grace jumped into my head when I saw the challenge. I also knew I wanted to combine it with Jen's SFYTT challenge and Verve's Asian Flair stamp set.

Hope your weekend is going well. Thanks for stopping by.

It's all about the details:
Card stock: Bazzill
Patterned Paper: Heidi Grace

Stamps: Verve
Ink: Distress Ink
Accessories: Ribbon, Dimensionals
Tools: Circle Punch, Cuttlebug and Folder

Kathie - this is just beautiful! This is one of my most favorite papers to use! I absolutely love that this DP is double sided - I didn't want to use it for the longest time because it was just toooo pretty to cut up... but I finally ended up using it (you can check it out if you would like to here) You did such an amazing job with the sketch - love that you cut the flower out for the embellishment element on the bottom - brilliant. The Asian flair element and sentiment is just beautiful - this card feels so happy and sunshine-y!! LOVE it!!

Your cards are just extraordinary and beautiful - they are so lovely and clean and crisp and full of eye candy!!! Its always so nice to see your beautiful creations!!

Best wishes,
Sankari :)
