Christmas Memories

Today I am sharing a card I made for another Serendipity Stamps challenge. Our mission was to create a watercolor project with a country feel. Serendipity has tons of great country images and I selected two for my card...Barn Door with Wreath and Christmas Memories. They are also available together in a cling set.

My watercolor method of choice was Distress Inks and an Aquapen. Love how easy they are to use to get great depth of color. I used Vintage Photo, Pumice Stone, Weathered Wood, Frayed Burlap, Peeled Paint, Tumbled Glass and Forest Moss.

Ready to see more? Then head on over to see what Anya, Lynda, Amy, Jenny and Miriam have whipped up!

Wishing you all a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving!

Very beautiful, I've never used ink for water coloring, gotta give it a try. And I love how the image stands off of the white paper... I've never got the hang of that!
